About the Event
Step into the New year with this friendly chilled out morning of seasonal yoga. Enjoy the opportunity to immerse yourself in a longer practice including yoga, chi gong, meditation and breathwork bespoke to the season. Our yoga postures are chosen to help with balancing our energy lines (meridians) for Winter. A guided meditation (yoga nidra) ends the session and will help you relax and explore your inner landscape, with time to chat and enjoy hot drinks and cake afterwards.Â
Beginners and visitors to the area are welcome to join us.Â
