TAKING YOU THROUGH THE SEASONS

A unique series of day, overnight and weekend retreats combining Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Adventure immersed in the stunning wild scenery of the Scottish Highlands. 

Each experience is bespoke to the season and will take you on a journey of self-understanding and connection, challenge and contemplation, fun and laughter all in the company of a small group of like-minded adventurers.


 Experiences offered include Seasonal and Zen Yoga flows, Aerial Yoga, mindful movement, meditation, heart-sharing, fantastic seasonal food, nutritional advice, hiking, wild swimming, journaling and story-telling around the fire.


Choose from Easygoing or Wild Day Stravaigs, Mini Retreats, Bothy Nights and Yoga Weekends. Or we can help you create a bespoke event of your very own that will give you the space to help you grow both on and off the mat.

STRAVAIGS

...to wander without purpose

Our stravaigs are opportunities to socialise, relax, recharge and reboot. A chance to step out of your everyday life into the wild world of the mountains, gaining inspiration from being out in the elements, physically immersed with every step we take, weaving Yoga, mindfulness and Qi Gong into our days. Choose from easy-going wanders down the glen to high mountain experiences all led by a qualified mountain guide.  



BOTHY WEEKENDS

Rough and Ready

Ever wanted that bothy experience but don't know where to begin?  Let us welcome you to Gualachulain bothy in Glen Etive, for a weekend of food and cosy fires, meditation and mindful activity, two overnights in the posh bothy accommodation, and some wild yoga and other activities by the loch.  Blow away the cobwebs!

SEASONAL YOGA MORNINGS

Friendly chilled out seasonal yoga every month

Our monthly yoga mornings are a great way to start off your weekend.  Our longer yoga class focuses on working with the energy of the season, with the meridian lines in our yoga poses, and chilling out with our yoga nidra or guided meditation.  We finish off with a chance to chat to fellow yogis over a hot drink and cake. Perfect!
