About the Event
This short class will guide you through a range of simple Chi Gong and yoga breathwork or pranayama exercises promoting recovery and relaxation. We will use specific breathing techniques that can lower the heart rate, allow the uptake of oxygen to increase and reduce the stress induced by hard physical exercise.
To add to your comfort please bring along a blanket, rug and a cushion or yoga bolster to this class.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear plenty of warm layers as the Yoga Zone is in an outdoor marquee. If you have your own props or blocks please bring them along. Some classes recommend specific kit so please read the class descriptions carefuly.
