Into the Light Yin Mini Retreat

Our Yin mini retreats give you the chance to take time out and focus on the energy of the season. The yin practices of yoga use use slow flowing movements and supported poses which are held for longer periods to access deep relaxation and the connective tissues of our bodies.

Our afternoon finishes with, you guessed it, tea and cake! You will leave with a new sense of what it really means to rest and reflect. This mini retreat is suitable for all levels of fitness and beginners to yoga are welcome as well as those looking to further their practice.

FAQs

What should I bring to the event?

Please bring warm comfortable layers that you can move in and your own yoga mat. Yin yoga is a slow practice so bring a rug or blanket and a pillow or yoga bolster to prop yourself up with. If you have yoga blocks or bricks please bring these as well.  This is an indoor event.

Are vegans catered for?

Our events are catered with delicious seasonal vegetarian & vegan treats. Please let us know if you are gluten free or have any other requirements.

Are there any special requirements for the event?

No. Beginners to yoga are welcome on all our events.
