About the Event
Join us for a friendly chilled out morning of seasonal yoga for summer. Enjoy the opportunity to immerse yourself in a longer practice including yoga, chi gong and breathwork bespoke to the season. Our yoga postures are chosen to help with balancing our energy lines (meridians) for Summer. A guided meditation (yoga nidra) ends the session and will help you relax and explore your inner landscape, with time to chat and enjoy hot drinks and cake afterwards.
Beginners and visitors to the area are welcome to join us.
