About the Event
The season of summer is about activity and joy. As nature reaches her peak, create balance with this opportunity to chill out and tame any wild fires happening in your daily life!
We will be looking at the yin practices of yoga which use slow flowing movements and supported poses held for longer period to access deep relaxation and the connective tissues of our bodies, targeting the muscles associated with the summer season.
Our day finishes with, you guessed it, tea and cake! You will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and drive to meet the firey energy of the summer season. This mini retreat is suitable for all levels of fitness and beginners to yoga are welcome as well as those looking to further their practice. The day is fully indoors.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- A slow, quiet and relaxing yoga class.
- The chance to learn about summer practice and explore yin yoga.
- Time for quiet reflection and meditation.
- The opportunity to share your experiences, chat and connect with like-minded people.
Ticket numbers are strictly limited to maintain a warm and supportive group dynamic.
