Winter Bothy Night
In this deepest of yin seasons, our practice slows both physically and mentally, allowing rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Come and join us around the fire, sheltering from the elements in the bothy, sharing and meditating upon the energy of the season.

About the Event
Winter is about rest and reflection. As nature hibernates, resting and repairing ahead of the new year, this is a perfect (and pretty unique) opportunity to take time to reflect on your year, to rest body and mind, and experience the natural gentle ebb and flow of life. We come together in our remote little bothy by the loch meeting as darkness falls. Sit around the fire and learn about the energy of Winter Yoga practice. Enjoy a warming supper and spend the night together sharing experiences and lessons learned, reflecting on the flames. Next day enjoy some wandering by the loch, Qi Gong and meditation, time for journaling, wild outdoor yoga and a hearty lunch of homemade soup indoors. Our day finishes with, you guessed it, tea and cake and new friendships forged. You will leave with a new sense of what it really means to rest and reflect. This is a deliberately small-scale female only experience with only six spaces available. Bothy Nights are fully catered with seasonal food and drink (no alcohol). You will need a sleeping bag, pillow and appropriate clothing. A full kit list is provided for you. Bothy Nights are suitable for all levels of fitness and beginners to yoga are welcome as well as those looking to further their practice.
Meet at 4pm finish at 4pm.
