WINTER New Year Sauna Stravaig

Shake off the excesses of the New Year with a delicious afternoon of nature connection and nourishment. Combining time outdoors embracing the chill of the winter elements, gentle yoga for the season and the warming health benefits of sauna. Expect to leave with body and mind relaxed, a glow in your cheeks and a smile on your face.

What to expect:

• An easy going stravaig and wild yoga class outdoors.

• The stravaig will be on good paths which may be muddy.

• A cosy hour soaking up the therapeutic benefits of the seashore Tralee Sauna.
